CEBU CITY, March 02 (PIA) -- The Department of
Social Welfare and Development (DSWD-7) urges the public to observe Women’s
Month celebration on March 2013.
This year’s theme is “Kababaihan: Gabay sa Pagtahak sa Tuwid na Daan”
underscores the need to accelerate women’s participation in governance and
