DUMAGUETE CITY, April 13 (PIA) --Department of Environment and
Natural Resources (DENR7) regional director, Dr. Isabelo Montejo challenged
about 500 chemistry teachers, researchers, industry practitioners and students
from all over the Philippines to create better and effective measures in
