CITY, April 24 (PIA) -- The dream of having access to clean water has become a
reality for a barangay in Vallehermoso, Negros Oriental after the Department of
Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Region 7 inaugurated a water system
project in Brgy. Bairan earlier this month.
