CEBU CITY, April 3 (PIA) -- The Department of Foreign Affairs
(DFA) is seeking help in locating the family of an overseas Filipino worker
(OFW) who died in Lebanon recently.
Alma Faburada Mintalar died of cardiac arrest in Beirut, Lebanon on Feb. 23, 2013.
