-- The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) has opened a
PhilHealth Express in Ayala Center Cebu.
The PhilHealth Express-Ayala is located on the fourth level of Ayala mall at
the Services area and is open five times a week, Mondays through Fridays from
