CEBU CITY, April 23 (PIA) -- Pres.
Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III has approved the construction of a Bus Rapid
Transit (BRT) and the Light Rail Transit (LRT) Systems in Cebu.
The BRT would be situated on ground while the LRT would be constructed as an overhead network, Aquino said during his visit to Bogo City on April 19.
