DUMAGUETE
CITY, Jan. 11
(PIA) --- The School Sports Association of Negros Oriental (SSANO) will hold
its first season inter-high school and grade school Basketball Tournament on
January 17 at 1:00 p.m. at the Dumaguete City High School Gymnasium, this city.

season of the Basketball Tournament , presented the
various participating schools in this season's tournament.
Participating-member schools include
Silliman University, Negros Oriental State University, St. Paul University-Dumaguete, Negros Maritime College Foundation, Inc., AMA Computer College-Dumaguete, Asian College, Diaz College of Tanjay, La Consolacion College of Bais, St. Joseph Seminary College, Metro Dumaguete College,Inc. and Colegio De Santa Catalina De Alejandria.
SSANO Commissioner, Jose Guirit, revealed that the basketball tournament will involve three
divisions in senior high school with students
born in 1997 , junior high school students
born in 2000 and elementary division,
for those born in 2002
Guirit said that the participating schools include the following in the three divisions for Senior High School:SLSCatherina Cittadini, St. Louis Don Bosco, Holy Cross, Silliman University High School, St. Paul University of Dumaguete High School, Dumaguete City High School, Taclobo High School, Negros Oriental High School, Pamplona National High School and the Living World Christian School.
For Junior High School: St. LouisDon Bosco, Silliman University High School, Colegio de Sta. Catalina de Alejandria High School, Living World Christian School and the SLS-Catherina Citadini.
Commissioner Guirit added that for the elementary division participating schools include: ABC Learning Center, West City Elementary School, SLSDon Bosco, SLS Catherina Cittadini, Silliman University Elementary School, and the St. Paul University Dumaguete Elementary, School and Diaz College Elementary School of Tanjay.
The
games will be played every weekend thereafter.
