April 21 (PIA) – The Department of Energy (DOE) - Visayas Field Office is
opening five vacant positions in its Energy Industry Management Division
and is now accepting applications from qualified individuals.
Positions that are open are one Senior Science Research Specialist
(SSRS), three Science Research Specialist (SRS) II and another SRS II in a
different field.
For SSRS, one must have a Civil Service Level II Eligibility
or its equivalent and a graduate of any technical baccalaureate course
(Engineering is preferable) with corresponding training and experience in his
or her field of work.
He or she must function with less supervision, capable of handling
project, work planning, supervision, implementation while experience in public
relations is an advantage.
Likewise, the three SRS II must have a Civil Service Level II
Eligibility or its equivalent and a graduate of any technical course
(Engineering is preferable) with relevant training in his or her field of work.
The last SRS II however, must be a graduate of Chemical
Engineering or Chemistry and must also have a Civil Service Level II
Eligibility or its equivalent with experience or familiarity in laboratory
procedure and analysis.
