AGIO7 Forum on Energy Conservation. Engr. Saul Gonzales,
chief of the Energy Industry Mgmt. Division of the DOE-VFO says the projection
towards the end of the year is that the increasing power demand will lead to a
reduced power reserve as last night the power reserve in Cebu was recorded at
-105 based on the NGCP report. But he added there is still ample power supply
and that new power plants will be commissioned early next year to augment power
availability as Therese Sederiosa, corporate communications manager of VECO
