DOH-7 launching of the Universal Health Care High Impact Give (HI-5) for Region 7 in Cebu province yesterday (June 8, 2015) at Cebu Capitol Social Hall. The event was attended by the program's partner agencies and stakeholders, including DOH Asec. Gerardo Bayugo with Gov. Junjun Davide, DOH-7 Regional Dir. Jaime Bernadas, and other health officials.
