CENTRAL VISAYAS, March 3 (PIA) --The Department
of Public Works and Highways (DPWH-7) and Comelec agreed to strictly ban and
remove all unlawful election materials posted and or hung in public area and
infrastructure facilities.
In a memorandum from DPWH secretary Rogelio Singson, it directed all its
engineering units in the country to strictly remove and tear down all kinds of
campaign materials posted in areas that are not officially Comelec-designated. (mbcn/PIA-7)
