CEBU CITY, April 20 (PIA) –- Cheers and shouts met President
Aquino after he casually mingled with ordinary residents in Barangay Ibo in
Mactan, Lapulapu City prior to his departure for the next engagement in
northern Bogo City in Cebu province.Mixed disbelief, happiness and awe were written in the faces of ordinary people that crowded outside the small barangay hall of Ibo where Pres. Aquino conducted a media interaction inside with members of the Cebu media and the Malacañang Press Corps.(FCR/PIA7)
