Sinulog 2015. Ricky Ballesteros, executive director of the Sinulog Fndn. tells
media that over 40 contingents will join the Mardi Gras on the 18th including
from typhoon-hit areas of Catbalogan, Samar and Leyte. Estee Marie Plunket of
Megawide Cebu Airport Corp. says balikbayans will be treated with a special
experience upon arrival.
