Turn over of China Rice donation to Yolanda victims in Cebu and Bohol

Ceremonial turn-over of 16T rice bags from China to Yolanda victims in Cebu and Bohol under the Tier 3 Program of the ASEAN Plus Three Emergency Rice Reserve (APTERR).
Gracing the event are Dept. of Agriculture (DA) Usec. Bernadette Puyat, National Food Authority (NFA) Deputy Administrator for Operations Ludovico Jarina, 1st Secretary of the Embassy of China in the PH Zhang Huaying, Director of Int'l Cooperation of the Ministry of Agriculture in China Ye Anping , APTERR Gen. Manager Nongnooch Deetae, local officials of Cebu Province and officials from NFA, DSWD and DA in Central Visayas.
