HR symposium starts tomorrow

CEBU CITY, April 23 (PIA)--- More than 1,000 participants from all over South East Asia are expected to gather in the next two days in Cebu City for the 2nd Human Resource HR Symposium at Watefront Hotel, this City.


Civil Service Commission 7 information officer Prolaine Daclan said, the agency is expects 1,500 HR officers from private and public agencies all over the country.

She said the national and international speakers for the April 24 and 25 affair, are all experts in the field of human relations.

“They will talk about best practices and initiatives on strategic HR of organizations and the challenges in moving forward ASEAN integration,” Daclan said.

There will be learning sessions on strategic HR, employee competencies, coaching as a powerful tool in developing the global leader, change management, knowledge management, human capital factor in transforming public organizations, talent management, and building personal effectiveness through neuro-linguistic programming. 

Within the affair is a press conference with no less than CSC Chairman Francisco Duque III, Commissioner Robert Martinez and Australian Embassy Minister and Deputy Head of Mission David Button. (mbcn/FCC/PIA7-Cebu)
