Job fair on Labor Day

DUMAGUETE CITY, April 22 (PIA) -- The Tripartite Industrial Peace Council (TIPC) of Negros Oriental in coordination with the Department of Labor and Employment, Provincial Government, Local Government Unit of Dumaguete City and Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) will conduct local and overseas job fair in line with 2014 Labor Day celebration on May 1 at Robinsons Place in Calindagan, Dumaguete City from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.


Various local and overseas employers are invited to participate in the said activity.

A motorcade will kick off in the morning passing along the city's main thoroughfares.  Assembly area will be at the Rizal Boulevard fronting Bethel Guest House and will culminate at Robinsons Place.   Management and labor sector are welcome to join the motorcade.

Interested jobseekers are advised to pre-register at PESO office,  Dumaguete City and  bring the following credentials:  Resume/Bio-Data, machine copies of Transcript of Records, High School Diploma, Certificate of Competency/Training, Employment Certificate, training certificates and  passport/visa.
